Rooms

Garden Suites

Each Garden Suite is comprised of a full size bedroom with a king size bed, and a full size sitting room with sleeping facilities to accommodate one or two additional adults. Each bedroom and sitting room has it's own en-suite, open air bathroom (2 full bathrooms!) featuring a sunken tub with lava rock waterfall shower. These suites each have their own, individual, covered terrace area. Although these are called Garden Suites many have sea views.

Treehouse Rooms

The famous Treehouse Rooms, with stunning ocean views, and treetop and jungle entrances have been recently remodeled. The already large rooms have been enlarged to fit a bamboo four poster bed, and a vestibule has also been added. The uniquely styled bathrooms, with their two person bathtubs and view, have also been enlarged. Enormous seven metre wide decks complete with chaise lounges and hammocks enjoy fantastic ocean views. These rooms are available with either one king size bed or one double and one twin.

Beach Fales

Located directly on a sandy beach, just metres from the waters edge these accommodations feature unique open air bathrooms with lava rock walls and a sunken shower located under a private "waterfall". There is also a covered terrace with ocean view. The beach fales are either one or two bedrooms and feature a split level design with seperate sitting room. The one bedroom fales offer one king size bed, the two bedroom a king size in one room and two twins in the other.

Over-The-Water Fales

Situated directly over the water with fantastic panoramic views, these recently renovated, light and bright one bedroom bungalows feature a king size bed, sitting area, private bathroom facilities with over sized bathtub and seperate shower. There is a large outside deck plus a glass bottom area to view the sea life. These fales are unique in Samoa and are absolutely sensational.

Royal Beach Villas

These are the most spacious suite of villas available in Samoa, if not the entire South Pacific. This complex of 3 villas is comprised of two one storey beach villas (Villa Pule and Vila Ali'l) flanking an immense two storey central villa (Villa Matai). The two flanking villas each total over 600 sq ft including bedroom, walk in closet, writing alcove and large open air style bathroom, complete with lava rock "waterfall" shower. The central fale is more than twice as spacious. It includes the same features plus a second floor observatory and balcony accessed by a circular staircase, which can also be used as extra sleeping accommodation. These villas are connected by a covered bridge and can be booked individually or as an entire suite making it perfect from one couple to a family to a group of up to 10 people. This is the ultimate in Polynesian style with a touch of High Class.

Complimentary Mini Bar: Rates for all individual fales and villas include a complimentary en-suite mini bar (beer, wine, bottled water, soda) re-stocked daily.

Complimentary Inclusions: Included complimentary in all rates are use of kayaks, mountain bikes and snorkeling gear. Plus local bus tickets to and from Apia Monday through Saturday.

Complimentary Transfers: Arrival and departure transfers are complimentary with all bookings.

Pre-Booking: Normal check in time is 2pm. Guests on flights with early morning arrival times who wish to guarantee room availability prior to normal check in time should pre-book their room from the night before. Pre-booking is highly recommended.

Late check out: Normal Check out time is 11.00 am. Late check outs may be requested after arrival at the hotel, and will be fulfilled dependent based on hotel availability.

Currency and taxes: Rates are quoted in US Dollars and DO NOT include 15% Government Sales Tax.

Minimum bookings: Coconuts requires a 3 consecutive nights minimum stay.

Minimum age: All Coconuts guests must be 3 years old or older.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance of stay will receive a full refund. 30 days to 14 days will receive a 3 night penalty. No refund will be provided for cancellations received less than 14 days before stay. Cancellation is confirmed ONLY when acknowledgement from Coconuts is received by booker.
